VERMONT RENEWABLE ENERGIES
a STUDY of the DISTRIBUTION and APPLICATION of RENEWABLES in VERMONT

This website is the result of a project done by five senior Environmental Studies students from Middlebury College. The project was a study of the current distribution and application of renewable energies in Vermont. Look around to check out the different options available for you.

DATABASE:
The database is a compilation of over 300 independent installations of renewable technologies throughout the state. You may either download the Microsoft Access File to search the database thoroughly, or you may view a spreadsheet that divides the sites by town.

PROFILES:
In depth interviews were done by the project members at 17 Vermont sites to explore the motivations, methods, and finances of installing renewable and sustainable technologies in Vermont. The profiled sites are a wide array of building types and renewable technologies
